Brachiosaurus Skeleton Study

Description

Oh boy, this guy was so far the most difficult reconstruction I've made. It took me a full day to get just the skeleton drawn. It's crazy how big the brachiosaurus body is, but their heads are so tiny! Anyway, I hope this is helpful. As stated before, I am not a professional reconstruction artist, I'm learning and practicing. So if I made a mistake or you're knowledgeable with anatomy and paleontology than feel free to give feedback!

An excellent reconstruction, and I'm not saying that as a dinosaur fanatic.

It would be more impressive if it was bigger, so you could add more detail to the smaller bones...

Though this isn't the first reconstruction of a Brachiosaurus, I remain impressed at the detail you put in the shading of the separate bones. It looks like a mix between actual bone and fossil bone. Also impressed at the labels of the bones.

It would be a much more effective reconstruction if it was positioned in a more life-like pose, like it's neck turning to the side for example. Between one and ten, I'd give this reconstruction a solid 8...

Looking forward to more reconstructions...
